Sizing and ductwork

A system that's too big turns on and off too often. One that's too small runs constantly and still can't keep up. We size the new system to your home, not just to the old unit's label.

Ductwork matters too. Leaky, damaged or undersized ducts can leave rooms uncomfortable no matter how good the new equipment is, so we look at your ducts and vents during the estimate.

Are estimates free?
Yes, on complete system replacements. We look at your current system and your home, then explain your options in a written estimate.
Should I replace my furnace and AC at the same time?
Not always. If both are aging, replacing them together lets us match the equipment. If one is in good shape, replacing only the other can make sense. We'll explain both options.
What size system do I need?
It depends on your home, not just the size of the old unit. We look at the house, the existing equipment and your ductwork before recommending a size.
Do you offer financing?
Financing is available through Wisetack, subject to credit approval. Ask about it when you request your free estimate. Financing details.
Do Comfort Club members save on replacements?

Should I repair or replace?
If the repair is small and the system is otherwise healthy, repair usually makes sense. If a major part fails on an older system, or repairs keep adding up, replacement may cost less over time. See HVAC repair.
